What makes Hoxton different from other agencies or brokers?
We represent many Aviation Insurance companies and know which ones give the best rates, coverages, and services. We match the company with the individual situation. Since we know each of our clients individually, we can achieve the best value.

Does your agency accept partial self-insurance options?
Yes. These are generally addressed on an individual basis.

How do you usually get new business?
Referrals are our most consistent method of getting new clients. Our current customers like what we do and they tell their fellow pilots and aircraft owners.

If I live outside West Virginia, can you still insure me?
Certainly. The majority of our clients are outside our home state. We currently write and maintain business in Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, North & South Carolina, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington D.C., West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Can you give me a quote any time of the year?
On new aircraft ownership, we can quote you anytime. If you are currently insured by another agency or company, we can quote you 60 days prior to your expiration date.

Do you only insure airplanes?
No. We are a full service aviation insurance agency and insure most aviation risks: hangars and repair facilities, fuel farms and trucks, helicopters and heliports, airports and flight schools, agricultural and on demand charter operators, and worker’s compensation.
